      FOSD have supported developers with numerous projects and have worked with them to make sure that there message is heard in the correct format.

      We work with developers and the local community to make sure that all parties are aware of the benefits of the project, get their message across and integrate feedback from their public audience into their plans.

      FOSD do this by:

      • Engage with the local community
      • Imagery for developments from local artists
      • Carry out extensive research
      • Questionnaire design and implementation
      • Design, organise event manage, supervise, staff, maintain and monitor the public consultation
      • If required design a simple website highlighting the benefits of the campaign
      • To work with the developer and its agents to construct a cohesive strategy for the site
      • If required support in any section 106 debates
      • Manage on-going media relations
      • Provide a contact point for the local community
      • To create a newsletter for the surrounding population
      • Clarify the scheme and its aspirations utilising media contacts
      • Manage the media throughout the development
      • Introduce and work alongside key council figures throughout the development
